Collaborative Solutions is seeking a Workday Engagement Manager (Continuous Value Services) with successful small to medium project implementation and account management experience.  As the Engagement Manager (Continuous Value Services), you will work with a variety of clients concurrently, focusing on delivering great customer service for post-production support & Phase II implementation work.  You will be the point person for driving issue & risk mitigation for their respective accounts and will be ensuring the profitability of our Continuous Value Services line of business.  This individual has strong leadership skills and is driven to accomplish the goals of all stakeholders involved- customer, company, and team.


  • Become an expert in Collaborative Solutions’ Cynergy™ (Workday) Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements, while demonstrating competency in the Workday product suite- HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials. 

  • Manage 15 – 20 small to medium Continuous Value Services engagements in a global service environment.

  • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.

  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns, while working with the client project manager and/or sponsor to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other Collaborative Solutions consultants working on Continuous Value Services engagements.

  • Ensure project tasks are delivered within the budget outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and according to the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

  • Present clients with change orders in the event Collaborative Solutions is being asked to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.

  • Drive value by ensuring customers are leveraging the broad and diverse offerings across Collaborative Solutions.

  • Ensure and maintain client references through ongoing customer satisfaction, while identifying opportunities to position other service offerings.

  • Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach, and develop new proposals or SOW’s.  

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent project management experience, preferably in the ERP space (HCM, Finance, or Payroll).

  • A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll is a plus.

  • PMP a plus.

  • Very organized individual with the ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management, detail, and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks.

  • Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying work styles and work schedules

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).  Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to travel 25%.
