As a Consultant working in our Continuous Value Services Group, you will work with a variety of customers, diving into post production support and continuous improvement opportunities with Workday HCM. Additionally, you must have a technical aptitude and be capable of configuring the product to meet the business requirements and design specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM support and enhancements for a variety of customer engagements including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and small enhancements

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices

  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems

  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production customers

  • Become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality, as well as touch points with Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning and future product direction

  • Mentor other consultants; actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice

  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Workday experience as part of a customer team or deployment team highly regarded

  • Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in HR practices and functions

  • Passion for exceptional customer service

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Information Systems or related field

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
