As a Workday Integrations Staff Augmentation Consultant, you’ll act as the trusted advisor and temporary team member to our Workday clients.  Your focus will be on providing support towards continued day-to-day operations including processing transactions, configuration updates, and a variety of other Workday tasks.  To succeed in this role, you need to be laser-focused on your client’s business, a self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to manage your time and clients’ expectations, while staying adaptable to client-driven priorities.


  • Learn to become a Workday champion and partner closely with your clients to achieve excellence in post-production support 

  • Act on behalf of our clients to perform their day-to-day operations 

  • Develop new business opportunities from existing accounts  

  • Support up to 4 customers and projects concurrently; remain flexible and reprioritize based upon client needs 

  • Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions (Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules) 

  • Configure the system to the clients’ expectations and requirements 

  • Team player through knowledge sharing and mentorship 

  • Master the art of “follow through.” Frequently update your Project Lead, Manager and Engagement Manager on timeline, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, tenant management, etc. 

  • Proactively keep yourself abreast of Workday updates and project changes. Seek out opportunities to further your skillset and professional growth. 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering discipline preferred 

  • 2+ years of Workday technical implementation or production support experience, highly desired. 

  • Experience in the Workday integration toolset, supporting and enhancing Cloud Connects, EIBs and Studios, highly desired. 

  • Hands on development experience using XSLT, highly desired. 

  • Familiarity with Workday Public APIs and custom reporting objects. Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role, highly desired; using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Snaplogic, Informatica or other middleware platform) 

  • Subject matter expertise in HR practices and functions 

  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple assignments while meeting various deadlines and priorities 

  • Strong aptitude for critical thinking and logic problems with an appetite for problem solving 

  • Exceptional resourcefulness, planning and time management, attention to detail and process, and research skills 

  • Passion for exceptional client service 

  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations 

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and develop strategy  

  • Ability to travel to client site, if needed 25-50%
