Collaborative Solutions’ Organisational Change & Training practice focuses on the people side of change – assessing the impacts of changing business processes and technologies to develop meaningful approaches to driving end-user understanding and adoption. Our Organisational Change and Training Consultants are charged with helping our customers plan and execute their change management program.
Responsibilities:

Obtain the heavily sought-after Workday HCM Certification within your first month; your first step to becoming a Workday change management expert

Partner with your customers in the planning, development, and execution of their change & training workstream

Develop and execute change management, communications, and training plans and collateral

Organise, lead, and support delivery of customer-facing training
-
Support ongoing practice development and internal initiatives when relevant or assigned
Skills & Requirements:
-
Experience and/or knowledge of change management and training principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci™, ACMP Standard, ATD Competency Model, etc.)

Experience developing change management plans/tools, building and deploying communications, and/or planning and delivering training in a workplace setting

4+ years in consultancy or 6+ years equivalent industry change management experience

A passion for understanding and influencing how people react to organisational change

Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or professional certification related to Organisational Development, Psychology, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems preferred, but not essential

Proficient in standard business applications (Microsoft Office Suite, screen capture tools, etc.)

Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed

- Throughout the pandemic, Collaborative continued to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction in the ecosystem as we worked with our clients to successfully deliver projects remotely
- Because the future is still unknown, some clients will continue to be deployed remotely, while others may desire more face-to face-contact
- We will monitor and adapt as needed, but we do not anticipate travel of more than 25%
