As part of our internal Business Applications team here at Collaborative Solutions, the Workday Reporting Analyst will provide support to internal stakeholders in developing reporting solutions designed to improve user experience and process efficiencies. The Workday Reporting Analyst will use their deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and touch points with HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials and more, while providing expertise in building, testing and deploying complex reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy complex reports and dashboards required to meet business requirements, including composite, matrix and advanced reports.

  • Create complex calculated fields for reports, condition rules, and others.

  • Maintain system cleanliness for reports, calculated fields and dashboards.

  • Maintain and enforce Workday’s best-practice reporting guidelines.

  • Maintain and optimize People Analytics.

  • Work as internal consultant for the business; develop strategies and tactics for providing various functional areas with enhanced data analytics and data visualization required for effective decision making.

  • Maintain and promote awareness of Workday system capabilities, new releases and upgrades, and how they impact existing and future HR, Financials, Payroll, and Projects functionality.

  • Participate in, and contribute to, all phases of our internal Workday implementations, from assessing company data, defining system requirements, designing and prototyping integration solutions, to configuration and testing within the Workday system.

  • Maintain strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years’ relevant HRIS experience, Workday a plus

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Advanced Reporting

  • Integration experience a plus

  • Excellent PC Software knowledge and database reporting tools including Excel 

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively assist system users to resolve problems and questions

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

  • Knowledge of support ticketing system

  • Maintain strictest confidentiality in all work aspects and ensures continuing data integrity

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors as well as people within the organization 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or IT-related field is desired

  • Some travel required for meetings, training and conferences
