Who you are
You are a team player who is passionate about providing advice and guidance to business lines for many areas including employee engagement, performance management, training and development, onboarding and employee relations. You will also be responsible for handling employee questions and requests, always ensuring to resolve issues in a timely manner with the appropriate documentation. You will develop job descriptions, conduct exit interviews, and provide employment law information to managers and employees upon request. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

What you bring
• Degree and/or diploma in Human Resources Management
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience preferably in a Human Resources Generalist role
• Broad range of experience with HR programs and policies
• Able to deliver excellent client service at all levels of the organization and with external partners
• Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to comfortably work in a dynamic environment – ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt easily to rapidly changing business conditions.

Bonus Skills and Experience
• A CHRP designation would be considered an asset
• Experience working in a multi-location matrixed organization
• Knowledge and understanding of Workday software
