The HR Analyst is part of the HR technology team with specific responsibility for supporting HR transformation through human capital management (HCM) systems, continuous improvement projects and collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure data integrity and analysis of business processes. You will have an emphasis supporting the Employee Experience (Performance, Pay Planning, Benefit Enrollment, Workday PEX ). You will report to the HRMS Manager.

You Will:

  • With a focus on improved employee experiences, you will partner with internal HR teams to design and implement annual processes in Workday and other HR systems
  • Develop best practices, user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for HR technology systems.
  • Responsible for facilitation of testing, change management, and coordination of enhancement configuration related to system upgrades.
  • Deliver end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management
  • Increase personal knowledge and maintain individual development through training and research by embracing an independent learning approach. Position self as a technical expert in area of expertise
  • Collaborate across Agile development teams to ensure cohesive user experience across multiple HR systems
  • Provide education and ongoing support for Workday end-users to guide user adoption of the technology including ongoing updates/enhancements
  • Partner with HR to lead workstreams for Workday HCM system related projects, including system upgrades, enhancement packages, releases, and process redesign

You Have:

  • College degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems desired
  • Minimum 3-year related experience required.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, Workday, PeopleSoft, or PeopleSoft SQL encouraged.
  • Intermediate analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Manipulate and extract data while maintaining confidential information.
  • Customer service commitment.
  • Critically think and take complex information and break down into process.
  • Willingness to work in a change-filled environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions.
  • HR Systems support and testing experience required, Workday encouraged.
  • Working knowledge of common HR pro
