Job Location:

Reporting to the Director of HR Technology, the Manager of HR Systems is part of the HR Technology team with specific responsibility for managing a production and operations team who provides both daily HR Technology support and new implementation support.
You will:

Manage the daily operations of a production support team to ensure exceptional operational service for Workday and other HR technology related program(s), including integrations, reporting, security administration and system upgrades.

Successful collaboration with internal and external partners to align priorities and deliver services that meet our needs

Oversee projects and coordinate personnel and actions required to meet customer commitments and deadlines.

Leverage program management tools and processes to assign work, manage delivery, measure results, and produce reports in accordance with established service level agreements.

Design and maintain an effective and scalable internal control environment with Workday: SOX, including ITGC and application controls.

Accountable for Workday security administration and compliance

Ensure data security, compliance, integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities within the Workday system.

Parter with other HR Technology leaders to establish key metrics to monitor Workday utilization and identify trends, root causes and solutions to drive efficiency and scale within Workday

Studying, interpreting, and developing a thorough understanding of problems and opportunities, and the ability to develop and communicate the story to various levels of leadership

Actively partner with team members, fostering an environment where employees take ownership of their development, while providing mentorship, impactful training, and tailored development opportunities to support their growth

Perform other related duties as assigned.
You Have:
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or Business Administration.

Minimum 7 years related experience required.

Experience with SaaS application management. Workday experience preferred.

Experience evaluating and implementing technical solutions to solve business problems (especially in the SaaS space)

Vendor and resource management experience.

Working knowledge of SOX and compliance.

Analytical aptitude and attention to detail.

Strong customer service commitment.

Ability to critically think and take complex information and break down into process.
