The Role

This role will be be part of the Data & Analytics team supporting broad reporting, data quality and analytics needs across the organisation.

The Team

The People Operations Department is responsible for delivering process and technology solutions that improve and enhance the way Human Resources is delivered. 

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting clients by fulfilling reporting requests in a timely manner via Service Now.

  • Providing change management around understanding reporting tools and resources available via self-service

  • Responsible for compliance reporting

  • Performing system and data audits regularly for data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; Analyses and documents results and discrepancies; Helps build data quality scorecard

  • Designing, develops and maintains updates to user training documentation

  • Partnering with and continuously interacts with Global and local market teams, including People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Comp & Benefits, Talent Management and Payroll departments

  • Developing new reporting and visualisations/dashboards based on deep understanding of the data and the needs of the business

  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism with a particular focus on GDPR/Data Privacy

  • Working closely with HR team members and IT systems team to articulate data-driven insights based on Workday reporting and data

  • Supporting and maintaining Workday reporting and HR related data processes (such as, workforce analysis, talent management, D&I analysis) and other key initiatives as needed

  • Identifying trends in the data to deliver recommendations for future practices and interventions

  • Proactively anticipating reporting and data needs for workforce data by having a high-level understanding of our HR systems landscape and engaging with our key HR stakeholders

  • Helping drive user adoption and continually gathering feedback to improve the user experience and taking part in the Workday Champions network

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Workday HCM reporting configuration and a data analytics background

  • Experience in HRIS systems with Workday exposure

  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Experience querying data, data manipulation, report generation and identifying trends

  • Experience with ServiceNow ticket system preferred and engaging with stakeholders at different levels of seniority

  • Experience working on a cross-functional HRIS project and global HRIS environment

  • Workday Pro Reporting and Workday Pro Security accreditation desirable, but not essential
