About Role

As the Talent and Learning and Development Analyst, you will support the day-to-day functions associated with our Learning Management System, Workday Learning.  You will accurately upload and test content and assign training to Convatec colleagues.  As a subject matter expert on the platform, you will leverage your knowledge and system expertise to provide advice and recommend the best solution for leveraging the LMS to support the implementation of learning solutions.  We are transforming our HR function and are now looking for great people to fill key roles in our new international HR Service Delivery Team.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join us at a key execution stage of the programme to help support the implementation and improvement of this critical component of our new function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Conduct all administrative and technical aspects of the learning management system to include uploading content, creating courses and curricula, testing, assigning, maintaining, reporting on learning content, and roster reconciliation.

  • Partners with content owners to propose solutions and to publish new courses, which includes all configurations such as settings, assignments, automation rules, reporting requirements and communications.

  • Work with third-party content providers, e-learning vendors, internal owners and the HRIS Team to test content functionality in the LMS and identify and troubleshoot as needed before solution deployment.  

  • Manage and maintain records and documentation for program management as identified in established end to end process.

  • Maintain a calendar of course deployments and reporting requirements.

  • Support and help build detailed processes and work instructions to establish and operationalize the TL&D service and support the alignment of these new processes as part of the transition to the new model. 

  • Work with your colleagues to deliver a high-quality responsive level of customer service, aligned to established and agreed upon service levels. 

  • Utilize Service Now to support TL&D queries and requests as they arise and take ownership of providing an answer to the requestor.   Assist with support for our email inbox, directing requests, troubleshooting issues, and logging/escalating problems.

  • Be aware of key TL&D service management metrics, understand key aspects of your role that drive these measures of the services you provide and deliver TL&D services accordingly. 

  • Partner and collaborate closely with internal colleagues across Global Business Services and the HRIS team to prioritize and deliver services.

Travel Requirements        

Position may involve light travel: up to 5%  

About You 

To be successful you will have:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning a Plus).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong data, analytical and reporting skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft applications including Microsoft TEAMS.

  • Experience creating and documenting end to end processes.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Experience in a Shared Services Environment.

  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and experience working on a Global Team.
