You are a dynamic individual with a strong HR operations, governance, and employee relations background who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this impactful role, you will bring significant HR operations and services experience, energized by the opportunity to shape and enhance ANZ HR practices at CoreLogic. You will be detail-oriented, diligent, and pragmatic, able to drive continuous improvement across HR processes. What is the role?Â
Reporting to the Executive Director of HR, International you will play a pivotal role in HR excellence, supported by a local and global network. Your focus will encompass HR operations, service delivery, and employee relations. WHS, and HR governance and Policy. You will oversee day-to-day HR operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes. Additionally, you will develop and update policies to ensure regulatory compliance, monitor changes in the employment landscape, and support HRBP's with case management on complex employee relations and WHS matters. Engaging in strategic projects, identifying training needs, and mentoring the HR Services Coordinator, you will embody CoreLogic's values and ethical standards while fostering a high-performance HR team. You will also provide leadership and support to the HR Services Coordinator which has a direct reporting line into this role.
What will you be doing?
Specific tasks pertinent to this role can be broken down into:
HR Operations:
- Oversee and manage the delivery of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, including establishing and tracking SLAs.
- Collaborate with local and global HR Business Partnering, Total Rewards, HR Systems, Talent Management, HR Services, and Payroll to align and strengthen the delivery and execution of HR operation processes, including onboarding, offboarding and variations.
- Continuously improve the triage model to effectively channel HR queries for self-service, tier-one resolution, or specialist support.
- Identify and lead process improvements for HR Service delivery to remove friction and improve employee experience, working with global HR COE’s.
- Drive the implementation of people programs and projects by partnering with various stakeholders to roll out initiatives and projects, this includes employee benefit programs.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
HR Governance and Policy
- Develop and continuously renew HR-related policies, documentation, and processes to ensure best practices and compliance with legislative, regulatory, and industrial obligations.
- Build a cyclical and ad hoc reporting structure to monitor, assess, and address gaps or changes in the internal and external ER / IR landscape.
- Partner with leaders, HRBPs, COEs, and legal teams to ensure the fair and consistent application of policies and treatment of employees.
- Maintain excellent record-keeping processes to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements, ensuring that registers and records are current and providing appropriate reporting as required.
Employee Relations and WHS Management
- Provide specialist advice on policies, procedures, employment risks, and other high-risk/complex employment-related issues.
- Support HRBPs in resolving employee relations issues related to restructuring, performance management, workplace injuries, return to work, workplace investigations related to team member grievances and disciplinary matters, and termination processes, including providing relevant documentation where required.
- Manage WHS requirements, including ongoing compliance with WHS, committee management, incident management, and escalation where necessary.
- Advise on compliance matters, including wage compliance reviews, and support the review, streamlining, and simplification of existing arrangements under policies, contracts, and industrial instruments.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in key strategic and operational projects, such as global payroll, Workday updates, and other technology initiatives.
- Identify training needs and deliver workshops and programs for leaders and employees, particularly around processes, policies, and professional standards.
- Role model CoreLogic’s ethical standards, professionalism, values, and code of conduct while engaging and inspiring the HR team through mentorship, guidance, and support for their growth and development.
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the HR Services Coordinator.
- Contribute to the overall people agenda by engaging in activities that align with the role's purpose.

Job Qualifications:
To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:
- Strong, proven experience in HR operations, service delivery, and project management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all HR processes.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements, with meticulous documentation and process adherence.
- Deep expertise in Australian industrial relations legislation, with a preference for knowledge of New Zealand regulations, and experience applying employment relations guidelines across various jurisdictions.
- In-depth knowledge of employment contract management, workplace investigations, performance management, and management and delivery of WHS requirements
- Proven experience in developing ER-related communications, processes, and documentation, including policies, procedures, contracts, and internal/external communications.
- Demonstrated experience in operationalizing policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in support of employees and leaders.
- Advanced change leadership experience using frameworks and ability to influence senior teams to identify and drive through organisational change in various scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, coupled with the ability to recognise and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and act decisively and provide sound recommendations, and exercise good judgment.
- High degree of business acumen; strong fiscal aptitude. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective presentation skills for engaging with all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, effectively organizing time and resources to meet business demands.
- Advanced technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of systems like Workday to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to engage and inspire HR professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for their growth and development.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and negotiate/influence key decision-makers.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills to inform, persuade, and negotiate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex structures and collaborate across multiple regions and functions.
Education and Work Experience Required
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a relevant discipline. Masters level preferred.
- 10+ years’ directly experience in a similar role Ideally in a global/multinational company and knowledge of ER, IR and WHS across ANZ.
- Preferably 5+ years’ prior experience managing people and leading teams
- Prior experience working in a matrix environment.
