The Role

We are growing our world class Campus Recruiting & Branding team nationwide and are seeking an excellent people manager to manage our campus recruiting team.  Are you a self-starter, passionate about leading people, excited to help college students launch their careers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment? We are looking for Campus Recruiting Director/Senior Manager to be based in Richmond, VA who will oversee our campus recruiting and branding efforts, for both full-time and summer intern roles.  This individual will be responsible for attracting top quality undergraduate-level talent to CoStar Group while operating with flawless candidate and client execution.  The Director/Senior Manager will be responsible for executing the early career pipeline strategy including achieving CoStar Group business objectives and hiring targets by building strategic relationships with universities including professors, administration, student groups and individual students. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuing to innovate new ideas and methods to engage with students.  Internally, you will be the evangelist for campus recruiting and partner with lines of business to ensure we are attracting and cultivating top talent to be the future leaders of our company.  As CoStar Group continues to grow and develop, so does our Recruiting organization, so in this role, you will also be an integral part in growing and implementing talent acquisition marketing, branding and recruiting processes to academic institutions.

You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the campus recruiting process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, assessment, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. 

Please note while we offer hybrid work, this position is required to be based in Richmond, VA.

  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of campus recruiters in all aspects of day to day recruiting activities as well as their own professional development
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their early career talent needs, develop recruiting strategies and lead execution
  • Hire 100% of campus hiring demand from top schools as defined by the campus strategy
  • Develop consistent assessment process for selecting and hiring from campus
  • Provide a world class candidate experience
  • Maximize the summer intern conversion rate
  • Execute a dedicated strategy to drive diversity sourcing of candidates for campus roles to achieve hiring results accretive to our overall workforce diversity
  • Partner with Business Partners and other Human Resources professionals to drive successful on-boarding of new talent, retention strategies and impact employee engagement/experience
  • Implement and execute transparent career pathways for campus hires to drive retention
  • Collaborate across teams with CoStar Group to drive consensus and always striving for best outcomes
  • Contribute to broader CoStar Group recruiting strategy as the company continues to grow and scale around the world

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 8-10+ years of campus recruiting experience within an organization that has established campus recruiting processes
  • Experience with large scale recruiting campus recruiting efforts hiring more than 400+ hires a year
  • 3+ years of managing diverse recruiting teams and responsible for professional development of team members
  • 3+ years of experience leading campus recruiting efforts within a Technology organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS  

  • Experience leading and conducting recruiting strategy for fast paced technology driven organization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating recruiting dashboards and other relevant metrics
  • Experience using data to present ideas and inform strategy
  • Experience creating diverse slates of candidates
  • Experience with Workday ATS and HRIS
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a fast paced and agile environment
