WHAT WE OFFER

Our diverse team of dedicated employees is spread across multiple locations in all regions and supports the global IT system and application landscape for the Covestro HR function. Together as a team, we cover all aspects typically represented in IT: Business Demand Management, Application Development, and Operations and Maintenance. With this challenging work, we drive digitalisation in the Group. 

  • Lead the expansion of Workday in the area of Time&Absence to reflect the needs of multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations 

  • You will work closely with Covestro IT subject matter experts and HR product owners to analyse business requirements and drive Workday adoption strategies 

  • You will manage small to medium sized projects with a pragmatic and holistic end-to-end view 

  • You will undertake the configuration of Workday as required to support HR business processes for time and attendance

  • You contribute incidents/bug fixes as part of daily operational

  • You are responsible for fulfilling all documentation requirements as well as developing and publishing relevant knowledge articles

  • You are also responsible for all time management testing procedures and the provision of HCM time management knowledge to the HR community 

  • Working with HR product and process owners to provide guidance on the smooth execution of annual time management processes globally via Workday or other digital solutions completes your job profile 

  • Participation in a multi year project to roll-out new time & absence and shiftplaning solutions based on ATOSS software integrated with Workday globally in Covestro

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on information technology, business informatics or a comparable discipline 

  • You have several years of experience in the field of time management, as well as experience as a Workday Time Management Consultant "Time Management Workday" certification is preferred 

  • You have strong consulting and communication skills, as well as  a strong understanding of Absences, time tracking and Workday Core HCM 

  • You have the ability to effectively and actively participate in multiple projects of varying sizes 

  • A strong solution orientation and a strong ability to work in a global team come naturally to you 

  • Business fluent English and German as well as experience with project management methods (SDLC, Agile) complete your profile
