The Role

Wolfspeed NI is looking for a Workday Analyst to join our pack. Using primarily Workday, this position will have a key role in delivering and supporting HR’s transformation initiatives.

You will tackle challenging and unique situations on a daily basis and will interact with multiple stakeholders spanning all teams within the company.

What does your day-to-day look like?

  • Provide project and production support for Workday Reporting and Analytics

  • Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team to deliver meaningful data and dashboards in the most efficient way possible, while retaining an end-user perspective

  • Collate high quality business requirements from stakeholders and/or teams within the organization while providing consultative feedback which includes best practice approaches to drive toward optimal solutions

  • Configure, test and document changes and updates in line with agreed business requirements

  • Exhibit Workday functional experience with a focus on Workday Reporting module

  • Collaborate closely with HR Analysts and other cross-functional global/virtual teams for reporting and analytic needs

  • Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast moving, high volume environment while effectively managing time, prioritizing assignments and working within deadlines

  • Participate in and support teams, projects and other HR Operation responsibilities and tasks as needed

Must Have

  • 2-4 years’ experience working in Workday Reporting

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proven experience in working with the business to understand challenges, converting those challenges into requirements and in turn taking those requirements, architecting a solution and implementing the solution

  • Ability to learn new systems

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of the organization

Nice to have

  • Workday Certification

  • Experience with HCM, Security and other Workday modules

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP or other cloud-based HCM solutions
