About the Role:

CrowdStrike’s HR technology team is searching for an individual with broad Workday experience across Workday Absence, Time Tracking, & Core Human Capital Management, plus hands on experience managing Payroll Interface integrations for a global company.  This role will have two focuses: building out top-tier solutions for our payroll team and deploying new programs around time & attendance. Responsibilities will include implementing & supporting PECI-based integrations, setting up new time off plans & leaves, building out Workday time tracking solutions, & auditing data for the Workday integration to ADP. You will be the primary point of contact for Workday requests from CrowdStrike’s Payroll team; excellent customer service will be a big factor in your success.

What You'll Do:

  • Build & test integrations between Workday and external payroll systems using Workday-delivered connectors such as Payroll Effective Changes Interface (PECI).

  • Create & manage time off plans, leaves, time tracking calculations, & related system processes.

  • Analyze Workday business processes and perform updates as needed to enhance business workflow. 

  • Manage project workstreams, develop timelines, and communicate project goals and milestones.

  • Develop reports, manage security updates, and evaluate new features with each Workday release.

  • Perform data audits around the Workday to ADP integration.

  • Evaluate incoming requests from stakeholders across the company and provide creative solutions.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high quality and creative technical solutions.

  • Deep functional knowledge of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.

  • Hands on experience in Workday Core HCM (business processes, notifications, security, etc.)

  • Functional knowledge of payroll operations, testing procedures, & global payroll integrations using PECI or PICOF; willingness to learn & train in these areas

  • Report development experience, with a background in developing and supporting complex calculated fields.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 – $185,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
