About the Role:
CrowdStrike’s HRIS team is scaling to meet the needs of our rapidly growing company, and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) is foundational to our success. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, & within HRIS to define & deliver the roadmap for Core HCM.
What You'll Do:

Partner with various internal teams in designing scalable Workday solutions to meet a broad array of business needs

Utilize analytical and technical skills to translate and analyze business requirements and convert them to system requirements, driving projects, configuring and testing Workday, and delivering effective results

Serve as an advanced subject matter expert and provide consulting services to internal stakeholders regarding Workday HCM design & best practices

Work with internal Workday Integrations experts to influence the design for integrations between Workday & various internal or external systems

Act as the HRIS lead for projects that touch multiple Workday modules, coordinating configuration & migration efforts across the team

Provide guidance to junior HRIS colleagues on resolution of Workday tier 3 support issues

Continually increase personal knowledge of Workday leading edge capabilities & industry trend through training, research, & Workday-run conferences & webinars
What You’ll Need:

BA/BS or equivalent with 7+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high quality and creative solutions

Deep expertise in Workday HCM & Security, including hands-on experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, & EIB data management

Proven track record of collaborating with SMEs & leadership across HR & IT to deliver major Workday projects

Excellent verbal & written communication with a commitment to providing top-tier customer service

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following Workday modules: Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Benefits, and/or Journeys

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 – $185,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
