Job Description Summary

The People reporting and metrics manager is a role that leads a global reporting team to deliver standard people reporting in collaboration with internal stakeholders to design easy to use, dynamic, reporting solutions. He/she manages the end-to-end reporting process by partnering with internal customers to gather business requirements and recommend reporting outcomes

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage reporting resources and quality assurance team to enable global consistency and drive value from our reporting processes
  • Develop and introduce reporting strategies/governance to stabilize and maintain reporting platforms for meaningful and accurate information
  • Support special projects and prepare ad hoc reports upon request from key stakeholders and company leaders
  • Serve as a liaison with key stakeholders across the organization as it relates to people metrics and reporting
  • Work in partnership with the region leads/function leads to build reporting and other process/ data driven solutions that support automation and streamlining and aligned with company priorities
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting for internal management and external purposes
  • Partnering with process, data and structure architects in the people process enablement space, develop an in-depth understanding of underlying data assets, data structures, and modeling of data to derive business insights
  • Champion and execute a metrics-driven culture
  • Support and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual global reporting, metrics and business reviews

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relative experience with HCM or global functions reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of workday (prior certification or workday Pro reporting preferred)
  • Experience in designing and developing business facing and internal reports with expertise in data visualization
  • Knowledge on in workday platform includes multiple functional tasks like Core HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Security, Talent and Recruiting

  • 5+ years of working with Workday capabilities in developing and delivering:
    • Workday Reports with varying complexity in design (e.g., Advanced, Matrix, Composite, etc.),
    • Workday Dashboards, Applications / Worklets, Announcements
  • Exposure to JD Edwards, Service Now, People Experience Tools and platforms desired
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar people platforms
  • Experience working in a global model across time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the data related to an organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee lifecycle platforms and procedures
  • Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics
