Job Description

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of talent acquisition services for the aerospace industry or other assigned business units.  You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates against complex technical positions. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates in managing their experience through the recruiting process. You will also act as liaison between hiring managers and other functions within the company to coordinate interviews, conduct compensation negotiations, and coordinate onboarding activities.  You will be responsible for interacting with business leaders to collaborate on requisition qualification and determining search strategies. 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of technical recruiting experience in is required, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Recruiting experience must include sourcing, requisition management, candidate management, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Must have a minimum of two years experience working closely with managers and stakeholder managing relationships, expectations, and influencing talent acquisition decisions
  • Requires a background working in an OFCCP compliant environment
  • This position requires demonstrated experience in providing written and verbal communication of complex data analysis to business leaders

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
