Job Details:

The Organizational Development & Learning will lead the Learning team and the organizational Learning function. Is responsible for the design, development and deployment/delivery of learning programs and content. Operationalizes key learning strategies. Manages day to day activities and resources. Advances the strategies of content development and best practice design and delivery methods. Improves customer satisfaction through feedback and collaboration.

Learning Manager
• Supports the Workday Learning ongoing functionality
• Optimizes training processes for efficiency
• Creates training programs that are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives
• Identifies and assesses future and current training needs
• Maintains a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Updates training programs to ensure that they are relevant
• Reviews and selects training materials from a variety of vendors
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs

Emerging Leader Support
• Responsible for the design and delivery of overall Emerging Leader courses and programs to support up and coming leaders and employees who are interested in a leadership path.
• Research’s and curates’ content to support current trends in support for
Emerging Leaders
• Coordinates and Facilitates Emerging Leader Cohort programs that support high-potential leaders in their advancement from supervisor to manager, manager to director, and director to VP.
• Designs and oversees the new leader onboarding program

Mentoring and Change Management Support
• Oversee the individual and group mentoring programs and update those programs as needed
• Responsible for change leadership training in support of leaders change initiatives
• Support and mentor leaders with their change initiatives focusing effective communication and planning
