We are looking for a Candidate Experience Manager (all genders) to join the Talent Acquisition team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Short description about the team & position: 

The mission of the team is to play an instrumental role in scaling our candidate experience strategy and supporting the careers of our team members. Our long-term goal is to support Delivery Hero’s growth through hiring globally and delivering amazing candidate experience. You will be a part of a big multicultural team and will support the Talent Acquisition team in hiring the workforce for the world’s leading local delivery platform!

Your main dish:

  • You manage a team of people who plan and coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders throughout our business

  • Your team is the first point of contact to our candidates – always striving to set clear expectations, support and advise candidates, and enable personalization at scale

  • You will work with your stakeholders to streamline and make our recruitment processes consistent and high caliber to ensure an amazing candidate experience

  • Analyzing and communicating interviewing trends, results, and insights to ensure compliance and efficiency

  • You will build, own, and execute the project roadmap within candidate experience

  • You will work with Workday and Phenom People, our ATS and CRM tools, and support the launch of a new scheduling tool

  • Responsible for all KPIs + OKRs around Candidate Experience

  • You have experience with managing people

  • You have a strong operational, candidate-centric mindset and approach

  • You are able to build effective stakeholder management in order to create lasting relationships between internal and external stakeholders

  • You have the flexibility to adapt to changing business situations, comfortable working in high growth, fast-paced environment

  • You have experience in completing multiple projects with various competing deadlines, with great attention to detail

  • Reporting and analytics experience in recruiting operations or project management

  • You have good communication skills – you listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge 

  • You are an authentic, empathetic and proactive problem solver

  • You are able to craft a vision and support the team in achieving that vision

Skills for Dessert:

  • Understanding of recruitment processes

  • Passion for automation 

  • You have experience working with the Workday Recruitment module

  • You have experience migrating and/or switching tools and systems

  • You are comfortable with challenging others and pushing your ideas through.
