Delivery Hero is looking for an Regional Talent Acquisition Sourcing Sr. Specialist – Europe, to build and lead the Sourcing capability of the Delivery Hero Europe TA function. Create the ability to identify future Hero’s to come and join our amazing team to enable Delivery Hero’s journey towards profitability and growth! The role is located in Berlin and will report to the Director of TA.

Your mission:

  • Work with TA partners to forecast and determine open positions, understand position requirements, and candidate success profiles.

  • Identify pools of named and known talent (both internally and externally), engage/screen and convert to active job applicants for current and future positions

  • Work on gathering insights from the candidate market on the location/availability/demographics (i.e. diversity) of talent alongside talent pool analytics

  • Proactively identify candidate slates by pursuing and qualifying passive candidates through tools such as LinkedIn

  • Collaborate and build trusted relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand position requirements with focus on the knowledge, skills & abilities required

  • Manage market messaging to desirable talent eliciting increased applicant flow

  • Collect, maintain and deliver market data/intelligence for recruitment and hiring managers that reflect the availability of talent in key markets and/or linked to specific requisitions (i.e. organizational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends)

  • Research the availability of diverse talent for select roles to advise & consult with recruiters & hiring managers to develop a strategy to engage and attract such talent

  • Research internal and external marketplace of available talent and deliver information that can inform on the competitive landscape, inclusive of talent movement within the industry.

  • 6-8 years of experience focused on proactive sourcing within a scale-up organization, and the regular stakeholder management, drive for results, communication etc.

Your heroic skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience focused on proactive sourcing within a scale-up organization, and the regular stakeholder management, drive for results, communication etc.

  • Structured thinking and used to dealing with complexity in a fast-paced environment – potentially a background in hypergrowth start ups with EU / international reach

  • Highly analytical with a strong business acumen

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate to/influence a diverse audience

  • Team player that doesn’t take him-/herself too seriously

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Experience with a wide range of TA Tech such as Workday ATS, Linkedin Recruiter and conducting the latest Sourcing techniques
