We are looking for a (Specialist) People Analytics (all genders) to join the People Analytics Demand team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

About the team & position:

  • The People Analytics team’s mission is to enable data-informed decision-making through actionable insights for both our own People & Culture and areas of the Business. 

  • We aim to add value through high-quality, impactful products which are aligned with our strategy, challenges, and business needs.

  • Within the Demand sub team, we engage directly with our stakeholders, understand their challenges and lead the development of their portfolio of products.

  • We also work collaboratively with our Solutions sub team, whose main mission is to design, build and maintain our data architecture and infrastructure and to develop advanced analytics products.

Your mission: 

  • Participate in the definition of business challenges, formulating hypotheses, and transforming data into actionable, tangible insights.

  • Work closely with our People team to engage with our global Tech organization as the main stakeholder.

  • Contribute and help improve the People Analytics team with functional and/or technical skills as needed, while your primary focus is on supporting demand generation through your interaction with your stakeholder.

Your heroic skills: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a People Analytics function.

  • Passionate about data and analytics.

  • Powerful presentation and visual communication skills.

  • Experience with SQL and Tableau (or other Business Intelligence tools) is required.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with data warehousing, cloud environments, and advanced analytics.

  • Contact with Workday reports and dashboards or other HRIS solutions.
