We are looking for a Workday Product Specialist (all genders) to join the People Systems Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. As a Workday Product Specialist, you will be at the forefront of supporting and building our People Systems roadmap

Your mission:Â

Communication: Effectively communicate Workday updates and releases to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and prepared for changes.

Requirements Refinement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and user stories, ensuring that Workday aligns with our business needs.

User Adoption: Drive user adoption of Workday features and functionalities by identifying opportunities for improvement and providing training and support to end-users.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of Workday features and functionalities, enabling seamless knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.

Regional Community Management: Manage and foster a community of Workday users across different regions, facilitating collaboration and best practice sharing.

Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning activities, coordinating efforts to prioritise and execute tasks efficiently.
Your heroic skills:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with an understanding of Workday HCM modules, features, and configuration.

HR Expertise: Familiarity with core HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, and total rewards.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using JIRA for project and software management and a solid understanding of Agile and testing methodologies.

Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment.

Independence: The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
