  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders to apply the job architecture and level framework at every talent opening to ensure the compensation package reflects the nature of the work.
  • Works with broader HR team to identify and recommend streamlined Workday solutions and related technology platforms.
  • Serve as the voice of DFC HR team to gather, advise, and translate HRIS process improvement needs into practical, streamlined solutions in partnership with the Masco Service Center.
  • Perform basic to moderately complex people-related reporting and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of talent programs and help develop actionable insights.
  • Perform HRIS updates and data audit checks to drive accuracy and consistency
  • Contribute to development and creation of total rewards programs in alignment with DFC’s Compensation Philosophy.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • 2 to 4 years in HRIS and/or compensation experience (internship experience applicable).
  • Effective oral and written communication, and excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Strong HRIS system and technology aptitude to support process optimization. Previous Workday experience preferred.
  • Broad working knowledge of HR employment law, principles and practices.
  • Strong analytic capabilities using data to analyze trends and drive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word and intermediate/advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently with moderate level of mentorship and direction.
  • Self-starter who is a problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset that asks ‘why’ to determine the root cause and best resolution.
  • Ability to influence team members through close partnership to establish acceptable solutions in alignment of DFC’s talent programs.
  • Displays a high level of effort and dedication to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; excellent organizational skills with the ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
