As the Workday HRIS manager you will be responsible for growing and managing a team, planning and executing Workday strategy, driving further adoption of the system and maximizing Workdays potential. Workday has been live at Deluxe since 2020 and we are looking to continue our technology journey through implementing new SKUs and making continuous system improvements.

Job Functions

  • Manage a team of Workday professionals. This includes growing skill sets, coaching, directing, and evaluating performance.

  • Responsible for Workday HRIS operations including enhancements, customizations, upgrades, and maintenance. Serve as a primary resource for efforts in implementations and training releases.

  • Drive continuous improvement in multiple modules including HCM, Benefits, Learning, Payroll, Compensation and others.

  • Provide support to related teams such as finance, audit, IT and payroll.

  • Following security guidelines produce ad hoc reporting, special requests, and historical data.

  • Manage project prioritization for each Workday sprint. Develop project plans and roadmaps in support of the Workday HRIS system.

  • Use your Agile methodology experience to drive production.

Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or HS/GED and 9 years of related experience, 3 years of Management

  • HRIS system administration

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in HRIS, Business, Human Resources or IT.

Experience: 5 years of HRIS systems and people management

  • 5 Experience in Workday
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • IT integrations
