Change Manager

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to proactively prepare and lead business user through the impact of changes being delivered through transformation initiatives. An experienced Change Manager is required to join the Business Platforms team; to support the global enablement of solutions for Resource and Project Management.   The role will identify change management and training needs for a range of users across the organisation and create suite of materials including comms updates, training decks and videos, user guides and SharePoint content.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify Change Management requirements via Training Needs Analysis and engagement with delivery teams and key stakeholders
  • Create and own Change Management plans to enable solution adoption across multiple markets
  • Co-ordinate RPM platform Change Management planning with broader Change activity across dentsu; liaising with other Technology and Business Change leaders.
  • Create excellent Change Management materials:  comms templates and updates, training slide decks, video presentations, user guides and SharePoint content. 
  • Liaise with internal creative production teams to produce high-quality engagement material such as videos or interactive training content.
  • Ongoing refinement of Change Management materials through tracking of adoption KPIs and capturing lessons learnt and feedback from user groups.

Person Specification

  • Has experience of Change Management in multinational organisations; can demonstrate delivery of successful outcomes through structured change techniques.
  • Exposure to ERP platforms and in particular Resource Management and Project Management disciplines and business operations functions.
  • Beneficial to have experience of MS D365 (PSA and Project Operations), Workfront, Salesforce, Workday platforms.
  • Is self-starting and pragmatic; able to develop solutions in areas of ambiguity and complexity to achieve practical outcomes
  • Has strong verbal, written and non-verbal communication skills.  Has a highly professional; flexible, energetic and collaborative approach
