The purpose of this role is to focus on delivering a specific and focused task within the People Analytics discipline. Specialist skills could include Data Science, Statistics, Data engineer (warehousing) and/or Visualisation. Responsibilities will include management and ownership of tasks aligned to their specialist skill.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Is an ambassador of the People Analytics strategy across HR and the business

• Delivers and/or supports both small focused analytics projects

• Being a true specialist in their area of expertise, they will ensure knowledge and skills are maintained

• A specialist in using and manipulating data to support a business objective and outcome

• Being an expert in their specialism they will share knowledge with the wider team where required

• Builds good working relationships within HR and across the business to ensure data/information is supplied on a regular basis

• Act as a guardian of people data ensuring access and information is only shared where and when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong implication-thinking skills and strategic problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in Workday Platform
  • Written and Oral Advanced English skills
