Job Title– Workday Analytics Lead Consultant

Location – Pune/Bangalore

Workday Prism Analytics and Reporting Consultant.

Your key responsibilities: 

  •  Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Extensive functional knowledge in the Workday HCM product suite (Absence, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance).
  • Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects.
  • Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction
  • Develop Prism solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers
  • Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements.
  • Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture.
  • Experience in PL/SQL.
  • Good project & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.

Workday Certification.

Minimum qualifications:

BE/B.Tech/MBA/M.Tech/MCA or any Technical Degree is fine.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge on 2-3 of the below functional/technical areas.

Reporting (Must) PRISM (MUST) Adaptive / Planning Extend People Analytics

  • Experience Leading Technical Team /Working as Subject matter expert through the entire systems development lifecycle.
  • Well versed with Business Processes, Security Group configurations, Calculated Fields.
  • Able to independently lead and deliver the project.
  • Excellent communication and client management skill, ability to elicit requirement and map to system design.
