Job Title- Lead Technology Manager / Workday Prism Architect – HR IT – Workday Analytics
Location- Pune
Role Description
The role of the Lead Technology Manager for HR Analytics focuses on managerial activities related to and in support of technology projects and deliverables related to HR Data and predominantly in the Workday Domain. Requires the candidate to understand HR data and transformation using tools WD Prism, Workday Adaptive and Core WD HCM modules. This will include, but is not limited to, the assignment of technical resources to projects/deliverables, management of technology solution financials, development of staff and adhering to formal performance management processes, ensuring timelines and quality of deliverables across a portfolio of technology initiatives.

Your key responsibilities
- Be part of the Workforce Planning and Analytics workstream for HR IT
- Competent functional profile with understanding of HR MI reporting, analytics, and insights
- Lead functional engineering of Workforce planning, reporting systems engaging business, stakeholders, technology teams to drive strategy
- As a WD Prism Architect you understand the Core HCM modules and the business processes driving the HR Data, you will work closely with the Business Analysts, business users and Stakeholders situated in multiple regions and time-zones; at varying capacity to understand requirements
- Understand working with on premise, cloud and SaaS engagements especially Workday
- Work with core HCM product team to drive process changes and identify gaps to proactively manage analytics and reporting
- Participate in SDLC of software components all the way to production including helping support the application to resolve production issues with appropriate triaging
- Help build data pipelines, manage the complete data catalogue including audit and test management competency for MI leading the team engaged in HR Data Analysis and design of solutions
- Govern feature lineage, architecture decisions and operating model. Engage with bank’s architecture forums and drive alignment with TDI strategic goals
- Help reduce data silos and build solutions to avoid data redundancy and EUDAs
- Build new age analytics stack to model analytical model and productionize them
- Bring in agility and compliance for analytics stack ensuring appropriate governance
Skills and Experience:
- Understand HR data and HR MI as a function
- Understand Data, Modeling, Lineage, and tools like WD Prism, HCM Core, WD Adaptive, Extend and other SKUs to manage them
- Understand and implement data governance
- Understand system boundaries and data flows
- Nice to have exposure to Microservices architecture and Bigdata ecosystem (Nice to know using Spring Boot framework with additional hands-on experience with Kafka message/event stream-processing, Spark)
- Nice to have exposure of REACTJS, HTML5 and CSS, experience with, Application development experience using Agile Methodology
- Exposure to DevOps practices and software toolchain
- Scripting experience in Python / R with understanding of multivariate analysis
- Experience in Data Warehousing terminology
- Strong communication and convincing skillsÂ
- Coming up with strategy for migrating from legacy to strategic systems and cloud operations
- Strong experience in, WD Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Reporting and other analytical tools like Tableau
- Developing forecasting models and understanding of mathematical modeling techniques / regression analysis will be a big plus
- Strong Stakeholder management skills to collaborate between different teams, divisions having varied interests; to collaborate with people belonging to different levels in hierarchy.
