The role of the Organization & Talent Development Specialist is part of the Organization & Talent Development Team (OTD) working closely with the Head of OTD and the Senior Product Specialists to operationalize our OTD initiatives as we transform into a standalone, publicly-listed asset manager.

Reporting to the Head of OTD, you will play a role in transforming the organization into a growth mindset with a learning culture.

You will be collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups such as HR Project Teams, Global COOs, Internal Communications, external vendors and Deutsche Bank Talent & Development teams.  Our Senior Product Specialists will be there to support your knowledge and development in the learning space to ensure you excel in this role. Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive the transition to a new learning platform for DWS

  • Operationalizing our Total Performance processes under a new DWS technology

  • Develop and maintain the training budget for the firm

  • Vendor management & governance

  • Employee engagement surveys, including analysis and recommendations for future focus

  • Research and development of learning content for our DWS learning platform and upgrading its visibility, effectiveness and value add to the organization

  • Policy Development and policy maintenance governance

  • Qualtrics Software knowledge – Beneficial but not required

Your skills and experience:

  • Operations management experience

  • Good analytical skills

  • Good project management skills

  • Relationship management skills

  • Familiarity with Workday system and comfortable with HR system integrations

  • Experience working in a global HR function
