Job Title: HR Workforce Governance Analyst

Location: Pune

Role Description

This position will be part of the HR Workforce Governance team that sits within Global Workforce Management & Analytics, providing position governance for Senior & Sensitive (“S&S”) positions of the bank, which are typically at Management Board (MB)-1 and MB-2 levels. Also includes Regional Management positions.

The role involves governance over the quality of HR data for Senior Management positions in Workday (the bank’s HR system) and maintenance of the respective Position Descriptions (PDs). The objective is to ensure clear accountability and delineation of responsibilities at the senior levels of the bank, and that people who are incumbent in such positions are informed of key legal and regulatory demands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expertise on S&S position governance, advising HR and the business on its relevance, and on the related processes/interdependencies.
  • Supporting the quarterly reconciliation process to align all organisation design data points and systems.
  • Effective liaison with Group Governance, HR and business division stakeholders to drive the ongoing maintenance of Senior Management and Regional Management positions.
  • Acting as an ambassador to promote a shared understanding of the Workday business processes related to S&S Position Governance.
  • Ownership of specific actions as agreed with the team. Contribution to shared actions of the wider Workforce Management & Analytics team.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organisational & interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management; client focus; attention to detail; teamwork and resilience.
  • Good analytical skills and comfort with data/numbers.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office; in particular Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritise and balance multiple/competing demands in a global matrixed organisation.
  • An understanding of Deutsche Bank’s HR systems and organisational structure, or an ability to learn these quickly.
