About the Role
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to enable the critical reports and processes of Salary Review, Bonus and Long-Term Incentives for the Global Diageo population that use the Workday platform as well as Non-Workday markets, also delivering offline reports and processes while driving the simplification agenda. Partner with Reward and HR stakeholders across Diageo to support on the on the E2E Sales Incentive Plan payments.
Enables processes to ensure there is accurate data, effectively supporting the Annual Reward Cycle
Support the E2E Sales Incentive Plan payment process
Ensure all KPI’s for the Annual Reward Cycle are effectively reported to inform the effectiveness of the process and the ARC plan
Suggest and implement any changes to ensure delivery of the ARC
Timely and accurate query resolution for the ARC within SLA’s
A good understanding of best practice HR processes & data
Strong analytical/numerical and problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel Skills
Data and Process mapping skills and experience
Experience of extracting and manipulating data from different data sources and reconciling that data
Excellent communication, influencing & stakeholder management skills.
Significant work-related experience in gathering, tracking, manipulating and analysing data
Experience in use of following systems a bonus: Workday, Power BI
