About the Role
Top Accountabilities

Help to build and lead a high performing and highly engaged Global Reward Operations team

Drive and oversee ARC project delivery, Global Calibration, E-deltip, SIP, Benchmarking and Salary Survey Submission including exceptional stakeholder management, financial control, application of governance and brilliant execution

Application of Project Management Principles, ensuring adherence to Project Management methodology and tools

Ensure that all required actions are executed in Workday (and other systems) to enable the Annual Reward Cycle

Enable processes to ensure there is accurate data, effectively supporting the processes (ARC etc.)

Partner with and deliver appropriate interventions for first point, HR Business Partners, Reward Managers, Executive Reward, Shares, Global Mobility, Process Governance, GDBS, Payroll teams and others to ensure stakeholders are clear on their responsibilities for executing the Annual Reward Cycle and other processes and are fully equipped to perform their role
About You

Solid management experience in HR Operations or HR service delivery of 12+ years.

Strong experience with Workday operation

Fluency in English

People management experience 1-3 years

A good understanding of best practice HR processes & data

A thorough appreciation of how Reward processes, data and systems interrelate
-
Strong analytical/numerate and problem-solving skills

Advanced MS Excel Skills (Formulas, Pivot tables)

Process mapping skills and experience
-
Experience of extracting and manipulating data from different data sources and reconciling that data
