 ROLE PROFILE Job Title: Global Reward Operations Analyst :-

 Level 5C

 Reports To: Global Reward Operations Manager

Context/Scope: Global HR Operations is Diageo’s HR Shared Service and has service centers (first point) based in Budapest, Nairobi, and Bangalore that support all markets. Additionally, it has a central Reward Operations team based in Budapest and London that supports the Global Annual Reward Cycle (ARC) and other Global Reward Processes.

 a) Financial Provide data and logistical processes that enable the business to effectively manage salary, stock, recognition rewards, and bonus budgets which are multi-million-pound investments.

 b) Market Complexity Engage Globally with HR BPs, Reward teams, Executive Reward, senior Line Managers, Diageo IS and HR Process Governance, People Data Governance

Drive/be responsible for process improvement and simplification agenda for Reward processes and technologies. Responsible for running the daily operation of the team. Deputise for the Global Reward Operations Manager.

Purpose of Role: The purpose of the role is to enable the critical reports and processes of the Recognition and Shares Program for the Global Diageo population that use the WorkHuman and ShareWorks, also delivering offline reports to support Leads/managers.

Top Accountabilities :

  • Effectively collaborates with pertinent parties to guarantee the provision of accurate data.
  • Controls & Compliance: Make sure that pertinent information is handled and procedures follow Diageo Controls.
  • Working with First Point teams and providing them with training, so they can handle Tier 1 inquiries.
  • Bulk uploads: Give the vendor the pertinent, accurate data so that the vendor can handle the bulk uploads on the platform.
  • Lead the day-to-day query, ensuring effective and efficient resolution with adherence to processes and procedures, and also supervise performance against agreed SLAs
  • Standardizing the process with the global expansion and documenting the changes being implemented
  • Oversee reporting and insights on metrics and trends impacting the business
  • Handling report requests and ensuring the correct data is sent to the right recipient while keeping compliance and controls in mind
  • Collaborating with the Finance department to monitor and settle expenses related to global employee

Skills, qualifications and experience required

• A good understanding and experience ( 4-6 years) of best practice HR processes & data with Rewards Operations.

Experience in Global Rewards/Recognition,/Compensation/Payroll is mandatory.

• Strong analytical/numerical and problem-solving skills.

• Methodical, logical, organized and flexible approach to work.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Advanced MS Excel Skills

• Good knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow including Workday and ServiceNow reporting

• Data and Process mapping skills and experience.

 • Experience in extracting and manipulating data from different data sources and reconciling that data.

 • Excellent communication, influencing & partner management skills.

 • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, prioritize own workload and take ownership of problems.

• Significant work-related experience in gathering, tracking, manipulating, and analyzing data.
