The Department:

Also known as Business Partners, our skilled and friendly Human Resources department know and understand the business. We assist managers with all people related needs, ranging from administration, advice and assistance around policies and procedures, talent management, employee relations, training and development.

Purpose of the Role:

We currently seeking the exceptional skills and expertise of a Talent Acquisition Practitioner to join our dynamic fast paced team in delivery end to end Talent Acquisition support to our business partners.

 You will be responsible for driving candidate engagement and partnering with your hiring teams to attract and hire best fit candidates for our roles and organisation.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Source, screen and refer candidates to hiring teams
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates
  • Conduct screening calls with candidates
  • Schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Build the company brand by developing relationships with potential candidates via social media
  • Assist with the on-boarding process
  • Provide weekly recruitment statistics/reports
  • Partnering with the HR community in the hiring process

Essential Criteria:

  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 3-5 years end to end Talent Acquisition experience within a Tech/Specialist environment
  • Working knowledge of ATS
  • Working knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong numeric skills
  • Strong planning skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting module
