Dimensional’s Human Resources Department serves as a strategic partner to all parts of the firm, helping drive organizational success through the recruitment, development, and retention of an inclusive, high-performing, highly engaged workforce. The Global Recruiting team focuses on building pipelines of talent and casting a wide net to attract a diverse array of candidates. The team manages the full lifecycle of recruitment, from prospecting to hiring with a keen focus on an efficient and effective process that provides a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate alike.

The Recruiting/Human Resources Coordinator will support the Global Recruiting Team and play an important role in the hiring process by interacting with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers in a thoughtful and engaging manner to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the Coordinator will support department projects and initiatives that impact the employee experience including diversity and inclusion and community engagement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate logistics across various time zones for all candidate interviews (in person and virtual) including extensive calendar management for interview team members and arranging candidate travel details.

  • Provide coordination support for global recruiters on an as-needed basis.

  • Serve as concierge throughout the onsite interview process by greeting and escorting candidates to interview rooms while ensuring that each candidate has a hallmark interview experience.

  • Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis and data management utilizing applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruiting).

  • Provide logistical support and coordination for various summer intern initiatives.

  • Manage candidate expense reimbursement process utilizing Expensify and Concur.

  • Evaluate and recommend process improvement opportunities to streamline and enhance our candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Coordinate and participate in diversity and inclusion training sessions and events.

  • Liaise with external organizations to identify opportunities for employee involvement in community initiatives.

  • Support special projects and initiatives for Human Resources on an ad hoc basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in recruiting, human resources, events or administration preferred.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
