You will be a member of the EMEA Compensation & Benefits (C&B) center of excellence team, located in our European headquarters in Leuven, Belgium.

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the EMEA C&B team for assigned C&B projects and programs.

  • Support the annual compensation cycles in the EMEA region, such as merit and budgeting.

  • Owner of all incentive plan documentation as well as individual records/documentation.

  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze/benchmark survey data. 

  • Ensure record accuracy (of compensation data) in the HR information system (WorkDay) and maintain configuration rules.

  • Hands-on involvement with the HR information system and associated testing, training, and communications.

  • Provide monthly HR reporting by collecting data from different sources across EMEA region.

  • Monitor processes and compliance, ensure that plans/policies are up to date.


  • Minimum Bachelor in Economics, Accounting or Human Resources,

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience,

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, other languages are a plus,

  • You are discrete and able to work with confidential information.

  • PC literate with most common programs, especially Excel.

  • Experience with WorkDay or SuccessFactors  is a plus.

  • You are analytical, data oriented and process minded.

  • Good cross-cultural communication skills.

  • You know how to set priorities and act upon them.

  • You are accurate, eye for detail and respect deadlines.

  • True team player who is committed and motivated.
