The Manager of Talent Acquisition's primary responsibility will be to lead the strategy for hiring within all verticals/functions throughout APAC.   You will manage Talent Acquisition priorities with overall HR strategies, make decisions, and work collaboratively to resolve complex issues.  Additionally, the Manager of Talent Acquisition will align priorities with business strategies and execute results, work with minimal direction and provide functional advice and/or training to other Talent Acquisition and/or HR colleagues, direct reports and the business.  This leader will report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • This position will be a strategic business partner working directly with business leaders and HR business partners to determine staffing needs, forecasts, and hiring plans

  • Responsible for leading engagement strategies and employment brand initiatives

  • Use market insights to track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data-driven decisions and share results and trends with stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of current and future strategy

  • Standardize, deliver and expand our talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics that enable efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team and ensure compliance

  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to a team of talent acquisition professionals

  • Maximize efforts by acting as a change champion for new initiatives and processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a talent acquisition team

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies

  • Strong program and project management experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Proficient in sourcing strategies

  • Workday experience

  • Ability to navigate through complexity and an environment of conflicting priorities
