Do you want to join us on an exciting HR change journey? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our HR Foundations programme.

 

The HR foundations programme consists of 6 projects, and you will be responsible for three, namely the Workday Payroll Feed, the Job Catalogue Completion, and the Workday help Optimisation Project. In the latter, we are looking at implementing the existing job catalogue across all regions, divisions, and functions. In the Workday Payroll Feed, we are implementing a feed from Workday into local payroll systems providing key data points. In the third project, the Workday help Optimization, we are looking at improving the Workday Help Functionality for the UK Shared Service center. In this role, you will work closely with the different regions and countries and play a key role in communications and moderation between the program team and the local stakeholders. You will run workshops to explain processes and gather local requirements. You will also play a pivot role in testing prototypes of Workday together with the technical program team. Next to working on the projects you are running; you will be supporting the other projects where needed.

We are looking for you who has strong communications and prioritisation skills as well as attention to details and is used to a rapid changing environment. As the project manager you will report to the HR foundations Programme Manager, and work closely with the whole programme team.  

 

You will succeed in the role if you have… 

·       A university degree or/and equivalent working experience with HR projects. 

·       Experience in implementing Payroll feeds/integration or Workday integration. 

·       Advanced Microsoft Office user (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) 

·       Excellent Planning and Communication skills 

·       Fluent language skills in English 

It could be an additional plus if you have… 

·       Experience in working across different countries and regions. 

·       Additional European language skills.
