Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Workday Payroll application support / implementations for large complex Workday engagements
  • Develops proposed Payroll configuration solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of the company standardized and Workday Methodologies.
  • Responsible for leading, planning, designing and architecting Payroll configuration for complex clients
  • Coordinate with consultants from offshore locations
  • Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions
  • Mentor and Coach Junior Consultants
  • Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Report progress to clients and project managers


  • Workday Payroll Certification is mandatory
  • 3-4+ years of experience using the certification knowledge is a must
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

Work Environment

  • Office environment
  • Home base remote with openness for occasional business travel to client sites
  • Can be in US or Canada anywhere as long as candidate is legally authorized to work

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of DXC’s employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.

At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 109,400.00 – 164,000.00.
