Job Description:

  • Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes and Accrual Calculations
  • Configuration about Worker Eligibility, Business Processes (i.e. Approval, Notifications, Alerts, Validations) , Work Schedule Calendar setup
  • Knowledge in Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
  • Detailed understanding of Workday HCM and Absence / Time Tracking processes and best practices
  • Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions according to customer requirements
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating Calc Field, Custom Reports, EIB, Studio Integration
  • Experience in XSLT scripting
  • Experience in setting up Business Process for delivery, notification, alert, security
  • Knowledge in Business object, Related Business Object & Indexed Business object
  • Knowledge in Workday HCM, Absence and Time Tracking modules & related business processes
  • Able to understand payroll business processes and experience in gathering user requirements
  • Able to work independently on root cause analysis & issue resolution
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience
