Job Description:
Primary Skills/Requirements
- Minimum 4 – 8 years of Work experience in Workday Technical as Integration consultant
- Certifications in Workday Integration Core and/or Studio (Preferable). Or Candidates having Very Good Hands-on Experience without certification are also considerable.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in workday integration skills including Core Connectors, Document Transformations (XSLT), Studio, and BIRT report design
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate with end-users and able to communicate effectively
- Creating all sorts of complex reports and resolving issues with existing reports
- Provide support for Workday Inbound / Outbound integration issues, an enhancement to existing integrations, as well building new integrations. Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring
- Coordinating with Third-Party Vendors as required
- Involved in analyzing integration requirements and developing solutions to best meet customer requirements
- Good at Data Migrations between the Tenants – Using the Workday Tools (Object Transporter, WD Studio)
- Flexible to work in different shifts.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Workday Integration Core and/or Studio Certification (Preferred, not mandatory)
- Previous experience on HCM solutions like PeopleSoft, SAP will be advantage
- Practical experience gained on AMS projects
- Practical experience gained on data migration and/or integrations projects (e.g. during “to Cloud” transformation projects)
- Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools (e.g. pivot tables)
