A career in our Workday Service line within Digital Consulting at DXC Technology, will provide you with the opportunity to help clients leverage Workday platform and services to enhance and unify People, Culture, Talent and Finance functions. We focus on understanding the forces shaping their business and developing industry tailored solutions that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation and value realisation journey. In joining,  consultant will  be a part of a team that helps our clients reinvest the way they process human resources and make a meaningful contribution to help shape and drive change across their businesses Acting as a true partner , Our aim  to hone in on unlocking strategic and tactical value from productivity gains and business effectiveness improvements through the use of Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to our clients
  • Continuously look to improve DXC’s service delivery model – leveraging from our proprietary IP around tools, process and methodologies
  • Analyse, design and help build new complex custom reports for our clients
  • Hands on experience working on reports and EIB
  • Plan, design and optimise security roles configurations for each client to support User Based Securities in Workday
  • Build and manage a strong Integrations team both onshore and offshore
  • Provide support in system integrations & hands on support role to manage (in & outbound integration issues and resolution)

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Workday Integration (Technical) Certified
  • Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences, as well as to external Clients
  • Practical experience gained on AMS projects
  • Practical experience gained on data migration and/or integrations projects (e.g. during “to Cloud” transformation projects)
  • Strong consulting skills, handling customer expectations
  • Fluent speaker of the English language
  • Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools (e.g. pivot tables)

Nice to have skills:

  • Limited need for travel, up to 10%
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Project Management skills or PM experience are very welcome
