The Workday Reporting Analyst is a member of a high performing HR team focused on the effective support of the employee population and data needs of our Workday System. The Workday Reporting Analyst is responsible for data reporting for our global business units.  Additionally, this role will partner with the business to enhance current configuration and identify opportunities to improve our data quality and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Serve as reporting specialist with expertise in Workday with configuration experience
  • Develop and maintain reporting through all Workdays modules: Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Payroll, Learning, Absences, Time Tracking, Expenses
  • Seek out opportunities to improve our current data reporting and dashboards by rethinking existing configurations
  • Proficient in creating and utilizing all necessary Workday calculated field functions
  • Provide HR Reporting and analytics support to the business (eg.HR team, Payroll, Managers)
  • Partner with the Business to build new HR Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and consistent set of supporting HR metrics
  • Consult as the reporting system expert with business partners and end users to find solutions to current problems
  • Create and maintain the global reporting catalogue with a complete understanding of which reports are available and which users can use
  • Ability to extrapolate and tell a story with the data
  • Willingness to work on Ad Hoc Assignments and project, administrative, tactical responsibilities

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with Workday Reporting including creating Custom Reports/ Dashboards/ Discovery Boards
  • Experience working with creating/maintaining calculated fields
  • Experience working with Excel
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated success supporting client groups an HR specialist or analyst role
