Description:

The Human Resources Assistant is primarily responsible for inputting and maintaining data of all employee records in the Workday system. Maintain accuracy as well as all data clean up. Assist in administration of EBNHC benefit plans and Joint Commission Compliance. Assist in review and preparation of employee files for all site visits, including BMC, DPH, HRSA, CMA and Joint Commission. Full Time, on premise with future hybrid schedule position, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm but may require flexibility depending on the needs of the department.

Education

  • High school education required, college level degree preferred

Experience

  • Benefits, Compliance and HRIS experience in Human Resources environment preferred.
  • One year of business office experience also required.

Skills/Abilities  

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with detailed, confidential material, MS Office Suite and Workday experience preferred.
