Job Description Summary
The HRIS Workday Analyst supports seamless operation of the Workday system, responsible for providing comprehensive users support, troubleshooting issues, and fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders. You play a crucial role in supporting HR initiatives and meeting business needs through enhancing user experience and ensuring user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
System Administration: You deliver Workday day-to-day support including hands-on configuration of simple business process, reporting, mass data processing, testing and troubleshooting. Assist in routine processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles. Partnership and Collaboration: You partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, and support the implementation of identified opportunities to improve Workday processes. Customization and Development: You support the configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations. Data Management: You contribute to maintain data quality standards within the Workday system. Collaborate with stakeholders to address any data-related issues or discrepancies. User Support: You provide Workday day-to-day support to users, troubleshoot issues and assist them in maximizing the system’s potential. Deliver user training sessions to foster system proficiency and adoption. Reporting and Analytics: You maintain and update reports and dashboards to meet evolving data and reporting needs. Change Management: You support change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates. You communicate changes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in. You facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new system functionalities.
Decision making
You are authorized to perform simple system configuration and provide user support under established guidelines. Atypical or complex requests shall be performed with guidance from senior team members or manager.

Position Requirements
Education: University Degree required, prefer in Human Resources, Information Technology or similar Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in HR Cloud Systems support from a functional point of view. Workday knowledge is a plus IT Skills: Strong IT skills and knowledge of HRIS, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English Working arrangements: minimum 3 days a week in the office Traveling required: No travel required
