Position:                      Senior Director, Recruiting Operations (Temp)

Position Summary:

The Sr. Director, Recruitment Operations is responsible identifying and evaluating tools, systems, and overall efficiencies for the global recruiting team. This person oversees metrics and reporting, vendor management, recruiting systems and tools. This person is responsible for process improvement, training and special projects in support of the global recruiting team. This person works in close partnership with HR Operations to stay up to date on systems changes and updates as well as employment laws that affect the global team. This person will review and audit central team search trackers, develop dashboards, provide monthly and quarterly reporting, and monthly systems audits. This person will help to set the roadmap and pave the way to increased efficiency and automation for the team. This person will lead, manage, and provide direction for the Recruiting Operations Advisor

This is a temp contract opening for a 7-12 month assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive a consistent end to end recruiting process via the systems and tools utilized by the global recruiting team

  • Manage third party vendors for contract resources, job boards, annual contracts, tools, and much more

  • Partner closely with HR Operations, legal, HR, communications and others across the company

  • Develop and track metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis including cost avoidance, time to fill, search volume by business, source of hire, offer acceptance rates, and more

  • Manage weekly trackers and audits to ensure job postings are up to date and accurate on internal and external sites

  • Oversee the administration of the upcoming employee referral program

  • Drive forward the recruiting operations roadmap as a path to automation

  • Evaluate and implement new tools that can be leveraged by the recruiting team

  • Conduct training on process and ATS usage for new team members, and provide refresher training to existing recruiting team members

  • Develop consistent job description templates and audit existing postings to ensure consistent language and content is on brand

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience recruiting operations experience with expertise in systems, process, tools, reporting, and metrics supporting a global team

  • Workday experience (recruiting ATS) is strongly preferred

  • Experience managing programs such as employee referral program administration is strongly preferred

  • Proven success supporting systems and tools implementations, including requirements gathering, building timelines, time tables, and project plans

  • Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail

  • Experience working in a complex, matrix company environment

  • Superb ability to establish internal partnerships and contribute to project plans to fruition

  • Collaborative team player and problem solver

  • Ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong communicator and analytical mindset
