The Opportunity:
Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Organization Effectiveness Director is to partner with the HR business partners and business stakeholders to identify a business’ learning needs and performance challenge areas, building and aligning the organizational strategy of Ensemble with its priorities, improving process and management effectiveness, and ultimately positively impacting/enabling growth of the business. The role is a leader of the OE team and is responsible for the engagement, leadership, and direction of the group. The OE director will be a role model for change management.
Essential Job Functions
Provide partnership to HR business partners and business stakeholders to strengthen problem-solving strategies and development planning for enhancing the performance of associates.
Offers clear direction and consistent performance feedback to groups and individuals while identifying performance gaps and improving workplace effectiveness.
Leverage data, analytics, and insights to provide insights into organizational effectiveness and design opportunities.
Provide end-to-end business partner management, including consultation, diagnostics, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Understands business strategy of business groups and help them align and execute on future organization models; including possible matrix structures; drive agile business models where relevant.
Influence and partner on organizational transformation efforts to identify and implement organizational design and effectiveness priorities.
Drives engagement and provides leadership, direction, and vision to the Organization Effectiveness team.
Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams to: diagnose organization effectiveness issues, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data as part of that analysis, generate human capital recommendations to address performance gaps and build required capability, and craft high-impact implementation plans.
Partner with senior leadership to activate an organizational strategy, including structure and process, to align with the newly defined organizational designs.
Partner with business leaders to drive optimal ways to set up reporting and team structures; design organizational structures and operating models in line with the business strategy
Develop HR leaders and business leaders understanding of key organizational effectiveness and design concepts.
Provides organizational effectiveness consultation to business leaders across the enterprise to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance.
