The Workday Financial System Analyst’s primary responsibility is to provide support for the ongoing Workday Financials deployment and take over the support, development and maintenance of the financials systems including Workday and Adaptive Planning. The analyst will work with finance stakeholders to understand the requirements, configure and test Workday to meet the technology needs of the finance department. The analyst will also be responsible for developing the necessary reports and analytics necessary to support the business.

  • Support maintenance of Workday Financials and Adaptive configuration, including setup and functional configuration.
  • Gather requirements for, create, and maintain data and configuration changes required to accommodate rapid organizational and business process requirements
  • Work closely with the business teams to understand system pain points, determine root causes, and develop solutions to address short and long-term issues
  • Implement solutions through successful design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation
  • Design and develop custom reports as required for business users
  • Configure and administer security in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support Workday Release activities

Employment Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:

4 year/ Bachelors Degree


Information Systems, Accounting or Finance

Minimum Years and Type of Experience:

2+ years experience working with Workday
