We are seeking a collaborative and curious Senior Compensation Partner to provide day-to-day compensation advisory to business units or functions in the US and internationally. The Partner will provide guidance in base salary structure, incentives, and year-end activities. As a key member of the Global Compensation Team, the Senior Compensation Partner is positioned to  have a great impact on the people and teams they support.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Oversee operational analysis and recommendations for all aspects of compensation, including Base Pay recommendations and changes, Short-term Incentives, and One-Time Payments.

  • Perform market pricing and Workday administration, leveraging MarketPay and other market survey tools

  • Partner with Senior HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance and Accounting Teams to conduct eligibility and data accuracy audits with Finance and Accounting to forecast annual compensation-related expenses and accrual information

  • Leverage Equifax Merit strategy and philosophy to determine appropriate merit range and application for roles globally; market price external ranges for global merit increases by country

  • Support and development change management and education materials for merit and AIP processes

  • Provide project leadership for compensation activities aligned to Annual Merit projects

  • Provide compensation recommendations in consultation with HRBP’s and/or Talent Acquisition for promotions, adjustments, retention and new hires

  • Manage compensation vendor relationships

  • Act as MarketPay administrator, making sure the tool reflects quality data 

What Experience You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation administration

  • 3 years experience managing incentive programs

  • Proven ability to thrive in a large corporate environment through transformation and change management

  • Expert skills in Excel
